Hamilton Township Full Day Preschool Program Waitlist


It is important to keep your address current for mailings and transportation purposes.
If you move (or have moved), you must notify the Registration Office and provide proof of residency. 

One of the following is needed:
-Copy of your new lease 
-Property deed 
-Mortgage statement
-Property tax bill

Please place the copy in an envelope and label it "Change of Address" 
List the names of ALL students who share the new address
Place it in the drop box located at 1876 Dr. Dennis Forman Drive (BOE & Registration Entry Area). 

No change (to transportation) can be made without proof of address. 

If you are in the home of another and your name is not on the lease:
Print the Affidavit of Living Arrangement
Complete it and have it notarized and present it with the residency document from the list above.

Our Secure Document Dropbox is available 24 hours per day.  You can place copies of your documents to complete registration in an envelope and drop them in the box at the Registration Entrance (1876 Dr. Dennis Forman Drive - BOE & Registration Entry Area) as we continue our contactless registration process. 

REGISTRATION: Preschool thru Grade 8
Anyone who has a student to register please click here!

Please include the grade level of the student, date of birth, street address and the parent/guardian email & phone number. Once completed, the registration department will send out a link for online student registration.


Preschool registration for 4 year olds and a lottery for 3 year olds is held annually in February. Once the registration/lottery is closed, parents may place their child on a wait list.

Parents must complete ALL aspects of the registration process, including providing necessary supporting documentation (INCLUDING ALL MEDICAL) by the deadline along with submitting the online registration. ALL registrations must be complete to be processed.

Parent(s) please gather the following in order to be ready to submit a registration if your child is chosen:

-Proof of Residency (lease, deed, property tax bill or mortgage statement)

-2 forms of ID (For the Parent)-recent utility bill, driver’s license, voter ID card, pay stub, bank statement {document must have current Hamilton Township Address}

-Birth Certificate for the student

-Recent (within the year) well visit/Universal Health Form completed by doctor (a print out from a patient portal is acceptable)

-List of all immunizations for the student

-Transfer Card (If the student attended a NJ public school prior to the current school year)

You will need the following documents to register your student:

-An email from the registration office with the link to Online Registration (request this info by clicking here!)

-Proof of residency (Deed, Property Tax Bill, Mortgage Statement or Lease, if renting)

-Parent needs two forms of ID with current address (Drivers License, Utility Bill/start of service notice, Pay Stub, Bank Statement, Voter Registration Card)

-Child's Original Birth Certificate

-Child's Transfer Card from previous school

-Physical/well visit from doctor 

-Proof of immunizations

(NOTE:  Any transfer student entering the district from out of state/out of the country MUST have proof of physical and immunizations prior to starting school)
