District News

The Hamilton Township School District has scheduled our annual Hess/Shaner School Preschool Open House for Thursday, September 2, 2010.   The times are 10:45-11:45 for a.m. session children and 1:00-2:00 for p.m. session.  More information will be mailed to all registered students during the week of August 21st.

The Hamilton Township Kindergarten Orientation will also be held on Thursday, September 2, 2010 at the Shaner School.  The time is from 9:30-10:30 a.m.

The Federal No Child Left Behind law asks all of us to take a more active role in the education of our community’s children. The Hamilton Township School District is particularly proud of our highly qualified teaching staff.  We invite any parent or guardian who would like to look over the credentials of his/her child’s teacher to call your school’s principal and arrange to do this.
