1. Go to Local Education Employees

2. Click Percentage of Premium Contribution Calculator (if you want to do it manually, click the printable Contribution Worksheet)

3. Step one - enter your annual salary to the nearest dollar

4. Step two - select your payroll schedule (we are bi-weekly)

4. Step three - select your medical plan and level of coverage (if you don't know, please refer to your medical card)

5. Step four - select your employer's prescription plan design (choose the first one - SEHBP Employee Prescription Drug Plan, level of coverage should mirror your level for medical plan)

6. Step five - click the Calculate Contribution
