Text Box: It has been my privilege to work with children, particularly children who are young learners, throughout the course of my life. I consider it a tremendous blessing to have the opportunity to serve this community as principal of the Shaner School. I embrace the important work of helping our youngest students grow into readers and writers, responsible students, and compassionate, caring, and respectful individuals. During the 2011-2012 school year, I look forward to working in partnership with you in the education of your children. As parents, we are our children's primary educator. The success of our children across all domains of learning depends largely upon the work we do with our children. Here at the Shaner School, it is our desire to foster a partnership with you.
